FloGent is in early access. We set up each new company together with you, so the download link comes by email after you sign up, usually within one working day.

After you install it, FloGent keeps itself up to date: new versions download in the background and install the next time it starts. The installer is signed, so Windows shows FloGent as the publisher.

After you install

  1. Sign in

    Use the email you signed up with. The app opens into your company.

  2. The owner runs setup once

    Projects folder, which projects are live, non-billable bookings and FloDrive. Staff skip this.

  3. Work as normal

    FloGent books your time in the background. Tomorrow morning, check yesterday and fix the red blocks.
